As early spring is arriving we have added some dishes on our breakfast menu like poached eggs on toast with crabmeat and hollandaise sauce topped with jalapeño, Baguette filled with green asparagus, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and tomato sauce, Crepe filled with cream cheese, vanilla and warm strawberry & apple compote. If you have been to Vitea for lunch you know that we have some nice quiche on our regular menu now we added one more a Mushroom, Chicken and Swiss Chard Quiche with Monterrey Jack Cheese!

The Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens is an educational research center and pleasure garden high in the glorious Sierra Madre Mountains. These gardens are easily accessible, just 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta.
