At night we are doing some new dishes like a Pumpkin Seed crusted Red Snapper Fillet on grilled Vegetables with Black Bean Sauce and a spicy Vinaigrette Guerrero style! Grilled Pork Tenderloin Pastor style on top of Mexican vegetables and fresh Pineapple with a salsa Verde made from Avocado and Chilies and roasted Tomato Salsa. A 14 oz Rib Eye with Guajillo Mushrooms…We do also have our normal dishes as well.

If you are a ice cream lover Vitea has plenty of options like Coupe Gotland, Vanilla ice cream with strawberries, whipped cream and caramel sauce, Coupe St. Tropez Pear poached in white wine, pecan ice cream, caramelized nuts, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. As well refreshing Italian style sorbets in flavors like mango, lime mint and forest fruits joined simple or poured with a splash of sparkling wine.
