Our Chicken liver dish review!

Brioche Toast topped with chicken livers sautéed with capers, parsley and balsamic vinegar was remarkable. The thin crisp toast slices were topped with plentiful tender liver pieces in a rich dark brown sauce. One member of the party stated this dish was the best chicken livers tasted in his life. One is encouraged to plan a return visit for food of this quality, freshness and taste.
